Switched to Equine Products Ireland Supplements a few months ago for a big blood 5yr who was the on weak side, girthy and lacking condition in skin and coat. Couldn't be happier after switching - his skin and coat have turned inside out since starting your Gastrosport and CopperXtra. His coat is in unbelievable condition and gets remarked on everywhere we go and he's less girthy and much more relaxed in himself. Service & delivery top class also 💪

My mares ulcers had got so bad she was bleeding from her nose, nothing the vets were prescribing were helping her 100% and she was refusing to eat and down alot. I was recommended this product and said I'd give it ago with the meds from vets. Within 2 weeks she was back eating like normal and her energy levels increased. In 3 weeks I had my mare back! Her coat was starting to shine again and you could touch her tummy again. Can't believe the difference it has made. We are both happy again ❤️

I contacted James after acquiring a Tb off the track in March 2025, Ripples was very fit and needed lots of time to change and wasn't a good grubber.

For a sensitive horse like Jack Sparrow it can be hard to get the blend right .

He finds changes of grass and haylage tough and then his performance drops his droppings get loose and he gets very tucked up and he can't cope with anything and requires ear nets and blinkers and other gadgets to keep him rideable .

That was until I tried gastrosport.. he's not only the opposite of the above but he's happier and I now ride him in a snaffle and micklem bridle no gadgets gimmicks ear nets . His droppings are better and he's more relaxed 😌

What I really like about the products is the tub is FULL TO THE BRIM ! I've used gastrosport since end of May and I'm not even at half way mark !

My Mare been suffering from Gastro Ulcers for 4 yrs now. Have had medication twice from vets, with little success. Seen Gastro Sport advertised on Instagram. Ordered and with in 3 works. No girthing issues or brushing her belly. She seems more happy in herself. Less off a moody mare.

I had thought my 29 year old ISH (mostly TB) gelding was feeling some wear and tear aches and pains and might be approaching retirement soon. But 4 days on this supplement (with no other changes) and he's a new horse. Its looking like he had some subclinical hindgut acidosis and low grade inflammation - one of the most significant changes was greater comfort cantering especially on right lead, and my "footy on hard ground" guy was powerwalking down gravel lanes and hills. I got this to manage transition to 24/7 turnout from stabled while the fields were recovering from wet weather and he will be on it for the rest of his life now. highly recommend giving it a go

The difference this product has made to my horse has honestly been mental. I took him off it for a couple of months to see if there was really a difference, and he went straight back to being spooky, anxious, and tense. Once I put him back on it, he became so much happier and more settled again. I’m genuinely so impressed with the results. Have tried many other well known brands and this is the only one that truly worked

The Gastro Sport product has been a great addition to my horses' day to day care and nutrition. It enables them to stay comfortable and healthy at home and at shows, and to deal with the tension that can come up during transport and competition. They are therefore more relaxed on a regular basis and also keep a great appearance (shiny coat and muscular body) and fitness over the year.

So good my horse is on his best form on this so I will definitely continue to use it

Got the calmer too all good so far , not had a rear or buck so something working

I started using Gastro sport about 3 months ago. The horses and elderly pony are in great form, good shine and feel good in themselves as a result of adding Gastro Sport to their feeds daily.

Gur thú connemara and within 3 days of only half the recommeded amount there was an improvement , he is also more calm ,not doing his quirky bucking we we are warming up , just happier in himself :)

I had tried a few products on a pony that was quite buzzy and was hard to keep weight on. A friend recommended gastro support so i emailed the company. They were great to deal with and had left a tub in Cavan equestrian for me. I feed 1 scoop daily and in about 3 weeks the pony was much calmer put on weight and had a gleaming coat. Highly recommend pony has been shown recently and has been placed in top 3 every time out. many thanks

Since starting my mare on gastro sport she is like a new animal, her appearance and her performance has improved no end. She was previously diagnosed with ulcers and since treatment and starting her on gastro sport I wouldn't ever go back.

Bought Gastro Sport for a “girthy” pony. Noticed an improvement within a couple of days. It’s still early days, but I’m delighted with the product so far.

I have been using this product on my 20yr old TB for over a year now and it is without a shadow of doubt the best Gastro product I have used! This product turned him inside out and I would highly recommend it. My horse has been out of work for the last 6 months with other issues and he never lost his condition, he was happy and the shine from his coat and eyes never dulled through the winter.
I could start to see changes after a month or 2 of using the product but the difference in the year is just magical. He gets lots of comments on his condition and shine and he does not look 20!!!
James and the gang at Equine Products Ireland are lovely to deal with and I know for sure I will be using their products going forward with all my horses!

I highly recommend this product. After using Gastro Sport on a few of our horses that we suspected had ulcers. The change after a few days was noticeable with improvement in appetite and mood. These horses after 1 month had massive improvement in body condition and performance. We can not thank the Equine Products Ireland team enough for their advice in the treatment of our horses.

Fantastic, honest, speedy customer service, with products on offer that work

I have always struggled with keeping my mare consistent in her training. She can be sharp, spooky, and unpredictable—some days amazing, other days nearly unrideable. This was made worse by grazing, as she would come in from the field looking bloated (and grumpy!).

James was incredibly helpful, recommending not only Gastro Sport as a supplement but also switching her feed to Speedy Beet.

After just a week on the new regime, I can confidently say that for the first time in 15 years, my mare is showing real consistency! Her bloating has significantly improved, she is calmer, and she’s much more willing to train.

I am very impressed with Gastro sport. I have used many other products and this is the only one that has made a difference to my horse. Her coat looks great, she is much happier with grooming and tacking up. Will definitely be using more of Equine Products Ireland in the future.
