Over the past 12 months, Team Equine Products Ireland has been working closely with John French and his team. Recently, we had the pleasure of visiting John at his impressive Florida facility, where exceptional horsemanship, attention to detail, and horse welfare are clearly top priorities.

After riding and competing on the West Coast of the United States for more than 30 years, John teamed up in early 2020 with Olympian Kent Farrington to develop a comprehensive hunter division under Kent’s business, KPF. This collaboration brought together world-class talent, experience, and a shared commitment to excellence in the hunter discipline.

John’s achievements speak volumes. In 2020, he was named an inductee to the National Show Hunter Hall of Fame, a milestone that reflects decades of dedication and success. He has won countless championship titles at some of the most prestigious horse shows across the United States and is a four-time winner of the U.S. Hunter Jumper Association World Championship Hunter Rider Professional Finals.

Beyond his remarkable list of accomplishments, John French is known throughout the industry as a true horseman and a complete gentleman.
